If you like home cooked food, huge portions, don’t mind grime, love ramen and basically, tons of soup, look no further. You’re in for a treat. No need to order sides or extra toppings, and make sure you’re hungry. Choose any bowl of toppings then decide if you want a shoyu or miso base. 2025/01/03 初訪問 息子と 以前からお店の存在は知っていましたが、今回初訪問。 店名だけで勝手に家系ラーメンと思っていましたが、喜多方ラーメン店でした。 そう言われてみると、今のお店になる前は喜多方ラーメンだったような、、、。 店内の経年変化はご愛嬌で、氣にする方はそれなりに。

さて休みの日は昼呑みから、ってことで 瓶ビール、餃子、ツマミ盛りからスタート。 ツマミ盛りは味ネギと味玉、メンマの盛り合わせ。 餃子は肉肉しく餡の美味しさがたってます。 続いて、箸休めにザーサイと、炙り焼豚も追加して、ハイボールとコークサワーに。 焼豚のホロホロさと旨味に息子感嘆で、ラーメンオーダーは「ネギラーメン」予定を「ネギ焼豚醤油ラーメン」に変更。 では、和多志は「味噌ラーメン」をオーダー。 それと「チャーハン」をシェア。 スープたっぷりで中太縮れ麺は正に喜多方ラーメン。 残念ながら満腹になってしまい、チャーハンと焼豚の持ち帰りのお願いも快く受けてもらって、ご馳走様でした〜♬ また伺いま〜す。
