The coffee and scones were very good. My friend I went with has been here a few times and loves the lattes and cakes.

The reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the service. I said I wanted to order a coffee and two scones (just for me). The worker said we each had to order a drink and I said we are ordering separately (my friend was still considering which cake to get) but I didn’t feel the barista was really listening to me and repeated again that we each had to order a drink 🙄 Maybe he thought because we were foreigners we didn’t know the system (we were speaking in Japanese though so I don’t understand why there was a problem…) Anyway, it left a bit of a bad impression at first. However, the coffe and food was good, and after that the service fine. I think maybe he was stressed because he was working alone and the cafe was full? I would just appreciate if next time he asks the other person I am with what they would like to drink. The barista made me feel like we were trying...

i had this bookmarked for some reason and was in the area, so we went here for dessert. i don’t know what led me to save this cafe in the first place but it wasn’t a mistake - the interior was cozy and rustic. there was a lot of variety in coffee, and i would’ve tried some if not for the fact that i was already hopped up on caffeine by then. the cakes were the absolute star of the show during my visit - the orange cream earl grey cheese cake quite literally changed my worldview, and the lemon tart was so bright and lovely. so happy to have found this beautiful spot!!! would recommend to any...

Lovely coffee shop tucked away around the corner from the shotengai. They have several coffee types and two house blends, I tried the Night Coffee and it was great. They also have some cakes and sweets that they add some toppings like whipped or ice cream. The only minus point is that they have very little room and the place gets full pretty quickly so that tarnishes the experience a bit.
