The chewy pho is amazing and I recommend it to everyone! Please stir well before eating. If you eat it as is, you will simply taste the broth and think it's "light!". Please stir well before eating. Beef pho, chicken pho, and pork pho each have different flavors, so you can enjoy the variations. A restaurant specializing in Vietnamese cuisine located near Shin-Koenji Station. The restaurant has a nice at-home atmosphere. この界隈に20年近く住んでいるが、盲点だった。 近くの美味しい台湾料理店「香味園」の大将がお店に入っていくのを目撃したので、もしかして思い、さらにそこから1年が過ぎ...

ワクチン接種も終わり、ふと思い出し立ち寄ったらとても美味しかった。 とりわけ普通のチャーハンがシンプルな見た目の割に深い味。本当にとても美味しかった。 女将さんの人柄もいいです！

一点気になるのが、看板の色と店名です。 もう少しソフトな色使いで、読みやすい名前にした方が... と思いました。

ハッキリ言うと色の組み合わせがドギツイと思います。 名前も日本人からすると少し怖く感じるかも。

余計なお世話ですね。ごめんなさい。

とはいえ、このまま隠れた名店でいて欲しいと...
