Food is amazing as always but now they have iPad type things to order your food from which is in Japanese only!!! The charm the service has gone and that makes me sad. Even payment is electric now. This should not of happened at all. The food has become less amount as well and some items even removed. Shame but things change I guess.

Read more因为高速堵车堵到了八王子,正好想吃湘菜,就在小红书上搜了一下,发现这家店居然有湖南菜,挺惊喜的。看到菜单后也挺兴奋,感觉菜品种类不少,期待能吃到地道的湖南味道。
点餐体验:菜单误导,菜品与预期不符 菜单是iPad电子版,看到某道菜的图片看上去像腊牛肉,就点了一份。结果端上来的却是炸过的鲜牛肉,口感更像辣子鸡丁。虽然这也没什么大问题,如果整体味道好、服务也不错,我作为湖南人还是会再来的。
最大的问题:服务态度欠佳 真正让我不满意的是服务员的态度。我只是想确认一下有没有腊牛肉,如果有的话,下次还可以来尝试。但服务员非常肯定地告诉我:“我们这里绝对没有腊牛肉,图片也不是我们的。” 可是,我当场拿出店家自己在Google上上传的图片给她看,她依然坚持说“绝对没有这个菜”。
过了一会儿,她可能去厨房确认了一下,回来才告诉我:“腊牛肉是去年的菜品,现在没有了。”
一般来说,遇到这种情况不是应该先去确认再回答吗?
关于“湘菜”氛围的缺失 湖南菜除了味道,服务态度也是一大特色,特别是对老乡一般会比较热情(可以参考东京、横滨的湘菜馆,氛围都很好)。所以我就随口问了一句店里有没有湖南老乡,自己是浏阳的,想着如果有的话,聊上两句也许就没那么不愉快了。结果服务员直接斩钉截铁地说:“没有,绝对没有。”——但这家店的小红书上明明写着“湖南厨师”啊?
本来打算多点几个菜,但因为点错了一道牛肉菜,加上炒油煎豆腐也不够正宗,没有炸透,整体味道不太符合期待,就不想再点了。
农家一碗香倒是还行。
结账体验:服务生显得疲惫和不耐烦 最后结账的时候,前台的服务员看起来很累,态度也有点不耐烦。
