It was good. Slightly more expensive than I thought. My biggest gripe is that they weren't really using the conveyor belt (perhaps because it was lunch time), so I didn't really get the experience I wanted. The conveyor belt was turning, but no sushi onboard. Just cards with photos of sushi. The five piece tuna sampler was the best part. Not the most amazing tuna I've had since arriving in Japan, but not the worst either. Ultimately, it's about what you'd expect from a conveyor belt sushi place. It's not mind blowing fish like you'd eat at a high end omakase place. And it's not like the cheap counters in a shotengai. I didn't get the sense they were used to foreigners. They do have some of the menu on the tablets in English, but not everything. There are better conveyor belt options for foreigners who want the experience.

A popular conveyor-belt sushi restaurant with its main branch in Kanazawa. Many of the sushi dishes are made with fresh fish directly shipped from Kanazawa. Kanazawa is on the Sea of Japan side, and there are different kinds of fish from those caught on the Pacific side, so you can enjoy something new and different from the sushi you usually eat. All seats are at the counter. Although this is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, the sushi is not currently served in lanes, but is ordered from a touch panel installed at the counter. The sushi is made by the chef one by one, so you can enjoy fresh and delicious sushi. It is a popular restaurant, so it gets very crowded on weekends. It is best to arrive early and check in at the reception machine located at the entrance of the restaurant.

The sushi crafted by the artisan, who yawned while preparing it, had an excessive amount of wasabi, causing discomfort in my stomach. No apology was offered. The guilty-feeling artisan's superior only spoke with customers he found easy to talk to, leaving me ignored. I express my candid opinions and hope for improvements, listing them here. Initiatives supporting the Ishikawa earthquake relief are ⚪︎. - Squid (Aori Ika): Pleasantly tender, ⚪︎. - Tuna (Maguro): Lacks flavor, △. - Conger eel (Anago): Various issues - bones sticking, sauce too cheap. Not worth the consistent pricing. × - Shrimp (Ebi): × - Issues with the place the shrimp came from yawning. - Mackerel (Sawara): × - Lacks flavor. At this point, I lost my appetite and left. The overly sticky soy sauce dip ×, the jargon of the sushi artisan × - very unpleasant. Why would you tell me about going out after work? I haven't evaluated the restaurant based on taste or personal preference. For your reference.

I love this place! This is my favorite sushi place in Sangenjaya area. The sushi is always fresh and it doesn’t give me a super full feeling but just feel satisfied. The staff today was very nice and we were able to sit in the back area which was quiet. We had 24 pieces of sushi and sake for less than 7000¥ which I feel is reasonable given the quality of the food. I highly recommend this place and go there around 3pm when it’s not so crowded!

Celebrated my mom's birthday today! We were so lucky to get a table right away, as this place is always busy. While it's a bit more expensive, my parents, who are used to more budget-friendly sushi, were incredibly impressed. They really enjoyed all the delicious Kanazawa sushi, including the nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch)! The restaurant felt really clean and had plenty of space, definitely a spot we'll revisit.

First I thought it's kind of overpriced, but it's worth the freshness and service. Big fan of scallops (better be eaten with salt provided (能登塩), not soy sauce). I'm just thinking that the amount of rice (シャリ) is smaller than before (I prefer low-carbs so not big deal for me, though)
