I’m right now on the plane back to United States, and all the memories of spending my last night at this bar just keep showing up.
I was somewhat hesitant to go given it was rainy and I had bad experience being rejected entry because I’m a foreigner at other bars. But it was my last night so I had nothing to lose. I’m glad I did go. The two handsome bartenders were very attentive from the very beginning to the very end. The atmosphere was really cozy. I stayed there from 23:00 to 4:00, had a lot of differences drinks that were all delicious, sang a few songs with a group of nice local Japanese people.
One of the bartenders (my bad for not getting the name) even made the group a special omurice(see photo) that was just out of this world. He did say that he doesn’t really do it and it was a special occasion, so adjust your expectations lol.
At the end I was so sad to leave. It was the last night for my month-long Japan trip, and it was such an amazing way to end it. I was getting a bit emotional after the drinks and songs and chats, almost broke into tears. I blame myself for only discovering this place on my last night of the trip.
To all my foreigner friends, if you are unsure whether you will be welcomed here, don’t worry, they treat you nicely regardless whether you speak Japanese or not. For people who are traveling alone like me, this is probably the best thing you can do for the nights. For people who might get intimidated by the 1000 yen cover charge, don’t, it is...
Read moreFantastic. We visited two times during our trip and wish we had known about it earlier. The atmosphere, drinks, and especially the bartenders were all amazing. As many have said before, you may enter this bar without the intention to sing, but by the end of the night, you will have sang all your favorite songs. We ended up staying at the bar for over 5 hours each night and enjoyed every minute of it. The bartender is phenomenal, super attentive to each customer, and made me two of my favorite drinks, both being delicious. Thank you for the wonderful nights, and when we return, we will absolutely be...
Read moreMe and my husband went there a couple of nights ago to have some drinks and it was one of our best nights in Tokyo! We had so much fun with the bartenders, we sang together and they were very kind to us (even if we are terrible singers). It was great when my husband sang the Digimon theme song in spanish while the bartender sang in japanese! EPIC! also singing along with "Despacito"! Drinks were also great. You have to pay 1000 yen per person for the table but it's worth it. I really recommend this place if you want to have a great night in Tokyo!!! Thanks to the staff for an...
