I’ve been to Aux Bacchanales with my girlfriend 3 times at this point and we have enjoyed it immensely every time.

We are always warmly greeted by the gentleman at the door and our waiters are similarly courteous. The restaurant is plenty large and I certainly enjoy the French decor.

We have tried a variety of the menus options but I particularly enjoy the steak and fries. It’s a solid, no mess around choice that I found to be delicious and beautifully cooked and seasoned.

That said, it is the Crème Brûlée that keeps us coming back. The taste and texture is exquisite and hits us both as some near divine experience. It certainly satisfies our sweet tooth’s in all its sugary glory.

The one gripe I might have is the price. I don’t go to enough French restaurants to say whether or not this is value for money, but perhaps it is. At the very least it has proven to be a good enough lunch and dinner date spot that my girlfriend would like to invite her mother for lunch some time in the near future. That is high praise in itself.
