Bic Camera — Attraction in Tokyo

Actually, the given stars are undeserved because the service was good and i've found everything i've been looking for. However, there was something which makes me feel uncomfortible whenever I think of this Shop. It was Just a 3 secound speech between a male staff member and a female Tourist costumer.

CN: Creeping Out Why do I mention it? I have the feeling that this one staff member was creeping me out in the public transport this evening. Possibely, he was on his way home after closing the Shop and ended up in the Same metro as me. He had seem to recouticed me because he very directed looked into my eyes and even came closer to take an even closer Look. After a while, he sat next to me and layed his head on my shoulder I did not feel comfortible on that moment! This was creeping me out! This had crossed a line! Right after that, I stood up and walked though the whole train trough all the crowded people in this metro. I was escaping from this staff member whom I hope it wasn't him. He was wearing a brown jacket, brown pants, black shoes and a black shirt...

Higher prices than online shopping. The two times I interacted with the staff the experience was rather unpleasant.

I first went there in the hope of getting my first credit card in Japan. This card was supposedly given on the spot and was also targeted at students. Hence I guessed that it would be easier. I was rejected under the reason that I do not read Japanese and thus could not read the full contract (who reads them anyway?). The two staff were speaking in Japanese which I can partially understand and were basically trying ways to get rid of me. In the end they just looked at me, increased their tone, and said "no" before leaving me on the spot.

I went back today to get a Christmas present. The price was lower online. I asked for a discount. Didn't get it. I left.

I'll just stick to them for testing my potential purchases and buy...

Never buy in this shop in Japan , I bought one Sony a6400 when I was to hotel to charge battery and use doesn’t work good I come back next day to shop and the guy of shop say me can’t return the camera becouse I used I try to say the camera no work good and say me use warranty. I don’t know the law here but is a disappointment that I have now go to warranty service with new camera… never buy in bic camera never!!!! If you are tourist like me don’t go don’t spend your money in this store is...
