Don't go there if you need to know what you are eating. I ordered "grilled chicken sandwich" only to see there was pork inside. I asked why there was pork in my chicken sandwich, as in I ordered a chicken sandwich to have chicken, and not pork which I never eat. It was nowhere mentioned on their ordering machine that their chicken sandwich would come with pork. The staff don't speak a word of English and their Japanese is average, but enough for me to understand that they were saying that their sandwich comes with everything. The point was not taken as I do not accept that the meat I ordered comes with another meat I never asked for, and which I never eat as per my dietary restrictions. That is unacceptable. I come here pretty often and more than once I have to sit at counter even though tables are open. A single customer comes in right after me and is allowed to sit at the tables. I have a bad back and knees (which they can’t know of course). If they are making single customers sit at the counter with tables open it shouldn’t just be me is basically what I’m saying.
