Benjamin Steak House Kioicho — Restaurant in Tokyo

Very good steakhouse, prices on par for other American brand steakhouses in Tokyo. But oh my God the service is crazy slow. 30 mins for 1st drink order (group of 9, but the restaurant was not very busy). Just zero sense of urgency from the staff. I'll never go back just for that, there's no excuse for taking so long to serve mostly wine and beer orders (a few simple cocktails). And this continued through the entire meal. It felt like they were more focused on having everyone on a set schedule or regimen than just serving drinks as the orders were placed. Just ridiculous for the prices they're charging. Needs a full staff...

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience tonight at Benjamin Steakhouse Kioicho. The entire meal was outstanding — from the perfectly prepared steaks to the elegant atmosphere. What made the evening truly exceptional, however, was the service. We were served by Yudai Kurose, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated the experience to another level. He made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout the night.

Amazing service by Yudai Kurose! He was wonderful and took great care of us! We are with friends celebrating their 30th anniversary and totally enjoyed the dining experience.

The foods were delicious and cooked to the temperature we requested. We were in a bit of a hurry as we were watching World Athletics Championships and on a timeline and Yudai and the team delivered! A+! Bravo!
