Bistro Hutch — Restaurant in Tokyo

久しぶりの訪問 コロナ前は深夜まで営業しており、３回転目を狙えば当日でも 予約で来たのですがコロナ後は営業時間が短くなり予約を取るのがより困難になっていました。今回はタイミング良くは入れて幸運の一言。 エビスで乾杯し（洋食にエビスは合いますね） 炭火で焼く時間の掛かる物を先にオーダーする事をお勧めします。 今回はつくね、レバー、ステーキフリットハーフ、ポークチョップ ビストロで炭があるのもストロングポイントなので 色々食べたい方はハーフサイズが出来る物もあるのでお店と相談して下さい。 焼いて貰っている間に前菜など季節の物を注文。 黒板に季節物があるので春夏秋冬楽しめるのも良いですね。 いつも新鮮な牡蠣も置いているので、生、ムニエル、フリットでお好みで。 今回の季節物は初鰹のサラダリヨネーズ 淡泊な初鰹に優しい酸味のあるソースが前菜にピッタリです。 次に炭焼きレバー、つくね レバーはレアに仕上がり、つくねは柔らかくジューシー ここは焼き鳥屋だったかな？と思う位、その辺りの焼き鳥屋より美味しい。 続く炭焼きシリーズ、ステーキフリットハーフ、ポークチョップ こちらは言うまでも無く焼き加減など写真をご覧ください。 深夜営業されている時から塩味も強く無く常に同じクオリティーを保っている のは素晴らしい事だと思います。 〆は生パスタでボロネーゼもありましたが、以前食べた事があったので 季節物の桜エビと春キャベツのパスタにしました。 何れも生パスタのもちもちした食感とソースが良く絡み美味しいです。 コースでも無い注文で数人で一人前を頼んでも言わずとも取り分けて 出してくるサービスは素敵ですよね。

〆と書いてしまいましたが、女性はある意味ここからが本番のデザート 何れも手作りでリーズナブル。一番人気はハッチのアップルパイ 大きい、サクサク、暖かな生地とアイスクリームの組み合わせ。 普段は甘い物を食べない私もここへ来たら勿体無い気がしてつい 頼んでしまいます。

そこまで大きなお店では無いですが、働いている人の力で活気があり 忙しくても料理の説明やドリンクのアプローチなどしっかりしていて一言、良いお店。 個人的に場所も良く駅から少し離れ静かな場所。 中道通りから向かう途中はワクワクしますし、 帰りは余韻に浸りながら駅に向かうのも楽しみの一つです。

We always have fresh oysters, so you can have them raw, meuniere, or frites to your liking.

This time's seasonal item is the first bonito salad Lyonnaise. The light and sour sauce of the first bonito is perfect for an appetizer. Next is charcoal-grilled liver and meatballs. The liver is rare and the meatballs are soft and juicy. Was this a yakitori restaurant? As far as I'm concerned, it's more delicious than the yakitori restaurants around here. Even though they are open late at night, they always maintain the same quality without being overly salty. I think that's a wonderful thing. I wrote this as a finale, but for women, in a sense, this is where the real dessert begins. Everything is handmade and reasonably priced. The most popular is Hatch's apple pie. A combination of big, crispy, warm dough and ice cream. Even though I don't usually eat sweets, I felt like it was a waste when I came here. I'll ask for it.

It's not that big of a store, but it's lively due to the power of the people working there. Even when it's busy, it's a good restaurant, with thorough explanations of the food and drinks. Personally, the location is good, a little away from the station and quiet. It's exciting on the way from Nakamichi Dori, On the way home, I enjoy heading to the station while soaking in...

Bistro Hutch is only a few minutes walk from my home. I'd been wanting to try it for some time. Finally I convinced my wife to go. We were not disappointed. It is a cute boutique French restaurant. The service was great and very helpful. The food was amazing, and their selection of wines is wide. We went for an anchovy salad, raw oysters, quiche topped with smoked salmon, and sliced and well spiced steak on a bed of fries. Everything was so delicious, and the price is moderate. I highly...

料理の味自体は基本的に美味しく、特にメインディッシュのお肉には満足感がありました。しかし、生牡蠣についてはサイズが小さすぎるものも通常の生牡蠣と一緒に提供されており、これを商品として出すのかと疑問に思いました。品質にばらつきがある点は改善を求めたいところです。

一方で、サービス面では大きな問題を感じました。ホールスタッフはフレンドリーではあるものの、過剰にせっかちで、落ち着いて食事を楽しむことができませんでした。次の予約客を詰め込むことを優先しているのか、食事の後半になるとひたすら急かされる状況に。トイレに行っている間にまだ食べている途中のお皿を勝手に下げられていたり、まだ料理を楽しんでいる途中で「デザートの時間はありませんね」と、こちらから尋ねてもいないのにわざわざ伝えてきたり、まるで早く席を空けろと言わんばかりの態度をいくつも取られました。極めつけにはジャケットをすぐ近くに置いてくるなど、とにかく居心地の悪さが極限に達しました。

お店側の回転率を重視する姿勢が露骨で、客をもてなす心遣いは感じられませんでした。高額な料金を支払ってこのような不快な体験をすることに、大きな失望を感じました。料理への期待感を完全に台無しにされる結果となり、サービスや運営体制に大幅な改善...
