Quaint, fresh French bistro in a lovely, quiet area of Tokyo. Menu had three set options for the day I went: a beef dish, a fish option, and a pasta with eggplant and bacon in red sauce. Walked in for a Saturday lunch. Delicious food and friendly but not talkative staff and chef, which I liked. コロナの影響で、ディナーは予約しか受けていないようでしたが、アラカルトでいくつか出してもらえるとのことで飛び込みで伺うことができました。前菜盛り合わせ、パン、真鯛のポワレ、鴨のコンフィをいただきましたが、どれもしっかりとボリュームがあり、かつ、シェフのこだわりを感じられる一品でした。特に真鯛のポワレは、表面はかりかりで、身はふっくら、きのこたくさんのクリームソースがそれらを引き立てる絶品です。クリームソースはあまり得意ではないのですが、ここのソースはしつこくなく、パンに付けてぺろりと平らげてしまいました。主役の肉や魚だけでなく、付け合せも旬の野菜がふんだんに使われていて、高い満足感を得られるのではないかと思います。シェフの好意で鹿肉のローストまで出していただきましたが、これまた赤ワインのソースが絶品で、鹿肉の旨味を引き立てていました。
