visited for lunch the other day, seemed like we were the first customers in the morning.

interior is nice, the turkish sayings on the table keeps you entertained while you wait.

ordered 2 lunch sets, speed was quick but i wonder if we missed it this time as the flavor of kebab was bland, dry and the soup of the day was lukewarm.

young cashier was unfriendly and kept talking over to other employees when we said we’d like to pay altogether, asked for total in English/Japanese.

hope to see improvements...

It seems that if you are fasting and come to this restaurant to enjoy your iftar your going it stay hungry. Service was extremely slow, everyone got the meal before us even we were the first who came. Portions served to us were smaller than ones that were served to Japanese people. About a 10 minute walk away from Yasakuni Shrine is this Turkish restaurant that was pretty good. Portions are larger than the photo makes it look and I couldn’t finish all of my Iskender (sliced döner kebab meat topped with hot tomato sauce over pieces of pita bread with yogurt).
