It may be easy to miss this bread shop because it's located down from the side street. It's a hidden jewel.

I feel this help uses only the finest quality ingredients and it really shows. The fresh fig danish was buttery and delicious!

This pictured salmon and cream cheese multi-grain bread sandwich was really soft and filling. I think it was around 4 or 500 again so it's not cheap but I believe it was a fair price because the salmon seemed quite fresh.

I think a couple runs the whole bakery by themselves so they seem to be strict about quality control.

If you're looking for cheap junkie fad bread don't come here. If you're looking for bread that's made carefully, with purpose, then this is the place to go.

キャンプミーティングの会場の 最寄り駅となる参宮橋駅を降りて、 とことこ少し歩いたところに、 こちらの店舗がございます。

派手さはないけど、 絶対ここ美味しいお店なんだろうなって のが分かるお店たたずまい。

店内に入ると、 カウンター席があること が分かります。 こちらで一ついただいて 行きましょうかね。

パンは対面販売形式なので、 欲しい商品を伝えると、 店員さんが取ってくださいます。

地方のパン屋さんだと、 このスタイルのお店あまり 無いけれど、都会では寧ろ この販売形式が主流なのかな？ ちなみに今回 東京パン屋巡りで計6店舗回りましたが、 そのうち4店舗が 対面販売スタイルでしたね。

食事パンが多めですね。 クッペ、パンノフィグ、 クランベリーオルヴァン、 フルーツブロート、 ベルリーナラントブロート、 玄米クルミパン、 パンドカンパーニュ、甘栗パン、 パンドセレアル、大麦全粒粉パン。 ドイツパンが好きな人には、 たまらないラインナップですね(^^)

ヴィエノワズリーもかなり 充実しています。 りんごのクロワッサン、 洋梨とブルーチーズ、 ショコラバナーヌ、 フランボワーズショコラ、 マロンデニッシュ、 チョコデニッシュ、 パンオショコラ、 クロワッサンオンザダマンド、 ピティビエ。 キラキラ飾り付けられていて 美味しそうです。

定番のスイート系も欠かせないですね。 つぶあんパン、 メロンパン、クリームパン、 あんドーナツ、ツイストドーナツ。

定番の惣菜パンも。 揚げカレードーナツ、 ベーコンエピ、 ハムロール、 バジルソーセージ。

もちろん、食パン類も 取りそろえています。 バゲットもバタールも。 バゲットはそのまま持ち歩いてたら、 フランス人の気分になれそう(^^)

今回こちらで購入したのは、 洋梨とブルーチーズ、 パンドセレアルの2点です。 洋梨とブルーチーズは、 店内のカウンター席でいただきました。 ザクッと歯触りの良い、 バターの良い薫りのたまらない クロワッサンに洋梨と ブルーチーズが挟んであります。 甘さとしょっぱさの かけ合わせがクセになります。 表面には アーモンドクリームがかけられており、 クルミのカリッカリの歯ごたえが これまた良いですね。 お店のオススメ商品であるのも 納得の美味しさ、大満足です。
