Brew33 Bar — Restaurant in Tokyo

I came in around 8pm, around 3 tables were occupied. The reception staff guided me for a seat. Then I was setting there for more than 5 mins, no server helped me. There were 4 servers. 3 of them were just chatting. They walked by my seat multiple times and no one even ask or provide water. Finally I ordered a beef noodle. I was sitting there for almost an hour waiting for the food. Again, I was probably the 4th party in the restaurant when I walked in and most of them already got their food. So kitchen shouldn’t be busy. Within the hour, I asked the server 2 times about my food, until the third time I ask, they provided me the noodle.
