Hidden gem that must not be missed. I’ve been around the world and around Japan and this is one of the best food experiences that I have ever had. This restaurant is run by two brothers who do everything it seems, you have the opportunity to see the chef make his creations literally in front of you. The host is so friendly and accommodating and explains all the details to you. We had a 5 course chef selected menu starting with a phenomenal potato soup. The flavor was bursting and it’s not like any potato soup that I’ve eaten before. The next course was puffer fish. Prepared so carefully and delicately. The kale and seafood salad topped with caviar had so many flavors going on in my mouth with a lemon dressing that was Devine next was a crostini with shiitake pate and caviar topping. A truly unique dish that must be tried to be believed. Lastly was the home made matcha soba noodles that they prepared in the restaurant earlier in the day. They serve it on a piping hot curved roof tile so the noodles are still cooking when you get them and have a yummy crust on the bottom served with a cup of broth meat and other toppings to make your own soup. The host said it was his mothers soup recipe. The attention to detail and level of service for the price is hard to match anywhere. These guys take so much pride in their work it’s truly a joy to be in their...

The hosts (brothers) are very warm and inviting, they love to engage with the customers and serve them the best dishes. When we visited, we had an amazing experience with food & drinks, the hosts and the patrons. The communication between all of us was powered by Google Translator, while we were exchanging and learning many new things about each other. It was a great evening, we will definitely visit again and share more stories and experiences. Trust the hosts, the food and drinks are incredible. Limited seating, the best experience is sitting at the counter and enjoying the ambience and food. Hello...
Read moreThis place is awesome. I was looking the whole weekend for something unique, and I managed to find it tonight. It was a surprise, but a wonderful surprise. Loved the food, the staff (2 brothers owning the restaurant) and it is cosy and easy to talk and joke with other customers (Japanese and non Japanese). It was a coincidence that I met with Ryosuke BANDO (ex MotoGP Asia Talent Cup Rider). A really great night and the restaurant should be on Michelin because as a French the experience was unique and wonderful taste for all the dishes (it was Omakase). I did not take photo for all the dishes, but the soba dish is really unique and one of the best I had. The chawan mushi style with corn, egg and Camembert cheese was really my...
