高輪ゲートウェイ駅の駅ビル内にあるスターバックスです。駅構内ではなく改札外にあるため、改札を出る必要があります。店へのアクセスは階段だけでなくエレベーターもあるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽に利用できます。 他のスターバックスには見られない、ほぼ単身者向けの席の構造になっているのが特徴です。勿論複数人で利用できるテーブル席もありますが、カウンター席等1人で使用する席がほとんど。席の一部は半個室のような構造となっており、コーヒーを飲みながら仕事や勉強に打ち込む人の姿も見られます。このこともあってか、店内はおしゃべりをする人の姿がほとんど見られない静かな環境である一方で、客の回転はあまりよくありません。 スタッフの応対の質や、給仕される料理・ドリンクの質・量については、他のスターバックスと遜色ありません。

きょうやっと行ってきました、高輪ゲートウェイ駅のスターバックス。 実はずっと「駅の中からしか入れないのでは？」と思っていて、なかなか足が向かなかったんです。 でも実際は駅外からも入れると知ってびっくり。電車にあまり乗らない私でも、気軽に行けることがわかりました。

そして何より印象に残ったのは、モバイルオーダーの速さ。 3〜4駅前で注文しておけば、到着して1分以内に受け取れると看板に書いてあって半信半疑だったのですが、本当に受け取りが早くてびっくり！ 忙しい朝や移動中には神サービスだと実感しました。
