The boss was so polite that he thanked and bowed to us deeply when we left his cafe.

静寂に包まれながら、純粋に珈琲と向き合える喫茶店。軒並みリーズナブルな価格設定も、素直にありがたいです。 【訪問】 ・2021年10月、午後のブレイク ・平日13:23頃訪問。ひとりで。 ・待ち時間ゼロで、４名用テーブル席へ 【雰囲気＋α】 ・４名用のテーブル多め。カウンターを含めると、フルで30名前後は入れそう。 ・BGMナシ。静寂。マスターの調理する音が、落ち着いたトーンで流れます。 ・マスターはとても物腰柔らかく、かつ、実直に丁寧な仕事をされる方とお見受けしました。 ・禁煙 【いただいたもの】 ◎モカ（マタリー）@税込600円 かすかな酸味が良き。甘味も感じつつ、一方で苦味は控えめ。下記イチジクのケーキとは相性が良い気がしました。 ◎イチジクのパウンドケーキ@税込300円 自家製だそうです。ずっしり。生地はミチッと詰まるように固めに仕上がっていて、なおかつ、上品な甘さを。また、カットされたイチジクは大きめで、素直にうれしいばかりです。 ちなみに、スイーツは一律300円。この日はチョコレートのケーキとの二択でした。日によって、ラインナップも変わりそうです。
