Bad service mind staff

After spending a week in Tokyo, this is the first time that we were welcomed by such an unfriendly staff. The lady who served us didn't want to answer my questions in English but when we paid she managed to speak English quite well. During taking an order she talked to me in an aggressive tone to look at the menu on the counter instead of looking on the sign. I was so shocked since I have ever experienced this kind of attitude in Japanese service providers before.

However, the drinks were really good. The matcha latte was really rich in taste.

Yet, there not enough seats for us, not even the seats with no window. There were some customers speaking in Chinese sitting next to our table without consuming anything, and my a companion needed to stand drinking his...

I've known better things like that. For the same price you can have much better elsewhere. It's not that it's not good. More like, you can have better food for the same price. I commended a melon soda (I love this drink), a teriyaki chicken sandwich and a Sakura mont blanc cake. The sandwich was good. Different than what I eat normally. But the cake... It was good but... I normally eat Mont Blanc cake in a special shop elsewhere so. I felt like that one was too bland. The sponge cake under it was green... So I've got two choices, it was matcha or green vegetable... Nice place to chill with the view from Tokyo tower. They have seats that face directly outward for you to enjoy the view. My only gripe with the coke float was that there was too much ice, I mean what’s the point if I could not mash the soft serve into the coke.
