For the price I'm paying and considering it's walking distance from the train station and azabudai hills (with almost every street corner with a wonderful view of the tokyo tower)...I'd say it's worth my money.
I ended up booking 1 night here because the airbnb I booked for 5 days stay suddenly told me that the place wasn't available during my arrival.
From the get go they were very hospital and pleasant. I had my luggage forward here via same day delivery from the Haneda airport (used ECBO), and they received my luggage for me.
I stayed at the 3rd floor all girls floor and I'd say the place is very clean, no untowardly smells or anything like that. Restroom and shower was clean. The bed and towels are clean as well.
Again, considering the location, I'd say this is a good bargain if you'll just be spending most of your time outside anyway.
Perfect for solo travelers, definitely. The best part of this would be that I get to have my luggage forwarded her directly (as this can't be done if you book an airbnb).
I'm already thinking of booking this place again next time. Perhaps first few days here then book an airbnb to end my trip. It's a good way...

We stayed at Guest house Tokyo Azabu for 5 nights and it only cost 15,000 pesos for 3 pax. This was the cheapest option we found in Tokyo that is only 5 mins away from the nearest train station, Akabanebashi of Oedo Line. Each person gets their own locker and bed bunk. The guesthouse has a working elevator, huge lockers, 24 hour access doors ree body wash and shampoo, free wifi, free use of lounge where you can watch TV and eat food, you can also cook in their kitchen and store food in the refrigerator. They had Toto Washlets in all cubicles (bidet!) and strong hot water in all shower stalls. Got to use the bathroom with a bathtub for a fee. We also met Rowena who is a Filipina staff there. She was very accommodating and friendly and answered any and all of our questions.
Cons The bunk bed can get a little warm so I bought a tiny fan to help with the ventilation. The space in showers can be a bit cramped. If you get a top bunk, it's a bit tiresome to go up each time You have to inform them ahead of time for self check in instructions if you arrive after reception hours. Other than these things, no...

Maybe my experience of 4 other places I stayed in Japan before is not much but I haven’t seen a place like this. After check out I asked to go to their communal area to open my bag and get an umbrella out because it was raining, the answer was “be fast, if not I’ll have to charge you late check out”, when asked how in the world could I be paying late check out to be in the communal area, I was informed check in and check out is not only access to your bed, but access to the whole building. So you literally have to stay outside out of those hours.
Also other places I stayed in Japan had many nice things in women’s area, like hair curler, hair iron. Here there are only weak hair driers.
And I’d like to add I literally showed them my booking.com reservation where it said “towels included” and they still said it’s a “mistake” and made me pay for a towel.
For 1 night, ok. But I’m not sure I’d recommend for a...
