Chao Chao Gyoza in Ginza is hands down a must-visit if you’re in Tokyo. Their gyoza game is next level—super crispy, super flavorful, and they’ve got all kinds of creative options. The "lasagna gyoza" and the "OG (classic pork)" are easily the best ones—seriously. Don't skip either.

It’s a cozy little spot with a local, no-frills vibe. Just a heads up: it’s not the most tourist-focused place. The staff don’t speak much English, and they definitely expect you to respect the culture—so if you come in being loud or not following basic etiquette, it might feel a little cold. But if you’re chill and respectful, they’ll treat you well, and the food more than makes up for it.

Just wanna shared a very bad experience this evening as we went there coz we miss that place for more than three years, actually this gyoza restaurant is our favorite among other but turn to a nightmare as they refused to serve us without any explanation perhaps they don’t serve foreigners anymore! We saw they welcomed local people to sit without say it’s full house! Maybe they changed the owner but in my honest opinion that kind of attitude to serve the foreigners like that couldn’t be accepted coz we know lots of Japanese are kind hearted! Please people better go to the one in Yurakucho Chao Chao Gyoza restaurant as they serve customers like a king! Really not recommended the one in Ginza Corridor as we used to visiting their restaurant...
