Read moreWent for dinner on Christmas eve. Really nice ambiance with dim lighting and a romantic setting. Open kitchen, with very friendly service. Light and fluffy pizza, al dente pasta, and fresh ceviche and salad.
Mocktails have good flavors, but are way too sweet. Ordered the amaretto ginger mocktail and pomegranate squash.
Yellowtail and citrus ceviche was amazing, and tasted so fresh.
Garden salad was delicious, we loved the onion dressing and the addition of vegetable chips and radishes, beets, snap peas, and cauliflower.
The truffle mushroom ravioli was creamy and delicious, with a distinct truffle flavor. Save the sauce to eat with pizza crust!
The Bismarck pizza (white pizza with mushroom, pancetta, basil, egg yolk, mozzarella, black pepper) was also fantastic. The crust had a light and fluffy texture like most Japanese pizzas, though the dough was a bit salty.
The spaghettini with pomodoro sauce and homemade ricotta was very al dente and we appreciated how they split it into 3 portions for us! Very thoughtful service.
The desserts did what the mocktails could not — they were delicious without being too sweet.
