Good food, nice location and atmosphere. My final impression is however tainted by an awkward service. Even if the staff was nice, once shown to my table I was told the menu (only 2 dishes left, with minimum explanation), but not given a menu per se. So I had no way to know about additional set options. The next customers after me were shown to the table next to mine and were given a menu right away. When I asked for a desert, I had to repeat 4 times the name of the desert (please note that there are not that many, so little effort was needed to understand what I wanted). Finally, when I paid, absolutely no eye contact were made by the staff. I'm not sure what was the issue (not used to foreigner?), but it's a shame that the service was not up...

Just a little bit off the beaten path, this is a nice place to visit on a sunny day. Outdoor seating is available in good weather. Reservations are accepted. A bike rack is provided too.
Although the river is not visible from the cafe the green river bank and the sky above it fill your whole field of view.
The coffee is good and the food looks nice although I haven't eaten here yet. Nice yet understated interior decoration is complemented by beautiful handmade cups and saucers.
