Chinese food in Japan is so underrated. Man do they fry up some good gyozas and fried rice.

We had originally been waiting for conveyer belt sushi but decided to go here since the wait was so long. No regrets there!

We ordered an 8 piece set of their large gyozas, fried rice, seafood veggie rice plate, and a beer.

Probably the best tasting gyozas and fried rice I’ve had. Albeit a bit oily, both were full of flavor, juicy, crispy, and that side of chili oil and vinegar takes it to the next level.

If you decide between the 6 or 8 piece gyoza set. Get 16 lol- it’s that good and addicting!

Wait was about 15 minutes, turnaround...

It's on the 12th floor of the Tobu department store. During lunch, it is really busy. Waited 30 minutes during a Saturday.

They are known for their gyoza, but I tried the sweet and sour pork. Other reviews says it's sharing portions, but it really isn't. It's just enough for one person. You have to order the rice separately as it doesn't come with it.

The sweet and sour pork was average. It isn't fried enough. It is on the sweet side. A little too sweet. It did have pineapples (a lot of Japanese restaurants don't have it with sweet and sour pork), but the pineapples didn't have any taste. For the price, I wouldn't really...

同僚と二人で出かけ、餃子とご飯(小)のセットを二つ注文しました。

まず、その「餃子とご飯のセット二つ(小)」が、私たちより後から注文した隣のテーブルになぜか運ばれました。 後にその「餃子とご飯のセット二つ(小)」は私たちのオーダーとわかるのですが、まぁそういうこともあるか、とそこは特に気にせず黙っていました。 私たちのところにオーダーを提供しにきたのはそれから５分程して。 しかし隣のテーブルのご飯は(小)ではなく(大)だったようで、隣のお客さんはご飯(小)をオーダーを運んできた店員に返しました。 すると店員は隣のテーブルから返ってきた、そのご飯(小)を私たちに提供したのです。 このとき店員が持ってきていたのはご飯(大)。 つまりさっき隣のテーブルに提供したものが私たちのオーダーでした。 あり得ないでしょ。 どちらのご飯も同じタイミングで運ばれてきたものならわかります。 しかし隣の客のテーブルで５分近く放置されたご飯を、ただでさえ遅れているオーダーなのに「すみません」の一言も無くこちらに提供するというのはいかがなものでしょうか。 飲食店としてこの判断が正しいのかはわかりかねますが、知らぬが仏。 最悪、提供する客の目に付かないところでやるくらいの配慮は欲しかった。

本当に気分を害した食事になりました。

会計時にその旨を伝えたのですが、「面倒な客だ」と言わんばかりの怪訝そうな表情での対応。 本当はこういうところに書き込まず、本社かどこかに直接クレームを入れたかったのですが、ホームページにはそのような連絡先は無かったので、こちらに書かせていただきました。 池袋東武店に直接クレームを入れようにも、会計時の店員がそもそも立場が上の人っぽかったので意味無いなと。

イライラしていたので餃子の味は正直覚えていません...
