There was a staff with an hairclip that says sato she is a female staff spotted with a low ponytail wearing specs. She is not friendly often spotted with a frown. As we manage to win quite abit when we ask her to restock the machine she wasn’t very happy. The other staff especially the short brown hair woman was extremely helpful and friendly.
To add on when we were catching the machine the machine malfunctioned three times. The website said that photography was allowed but when i filmed the problem of the machine malfunctioning I was lectured by the staff saying video is not allowed. ( if video is not allowed how are we suppose to show evidence that the machine...

I didn't played that much though since I was with my mom during that time and it was a mini-family tour for one week only... :| For sure, I will go back here again someday when I will find an agency for me to work in Japan someday (fingers crossed!) or if we will tour here once again or on my own next time hopefully, as well as visiting the newly opened Gigo main branch that is also in Ikebukuro... I wish they will also bring IIDX arcades here in my country... :| Anyways, great location - all of my rhythm games that I like are here as well and it's definitely worth visiting to once...

ある台で6,000円使ったのに景品が取れず、店員さんに助けを求めました。でも、6,000円も使ったことを信じてもらえず、「なんで助けなきゃいけないの?」みたいな態度でした。最終的にはすごく渋々調整してくれましたが、結果的に1万円近く使っても景品が取れませんでした。店員さんが全く助けてくれる気がないと感じ、諦めることにしました。
お店には「※行き詰まったらヘルプいたします。お近くのスタッフにお声掛けください。」と書いてありますが…。
今までいろんなTAITOのお店に行って、大金を使っても楽しく遊べていましたが、こんなに不愉快な思いをしたのは初めてです。これから遊びに行く方は、気をつけてください…。

한 기계에서 6,000엔을 썼지만 상품을 얻지 못해서 직원에게 도움을 요청했어요. 하지만 직원은 우리가 6,000엔을 썼다는 걸 믿지 않았고, “내가 왜 도와줘야 하지?“라는 듯한 태도를 보였습니다. 결국 마지못해 기계를 조정해 주긴 했지만, 총 1만 엔 가까이 써도 상품을 받을 수 없었어요. 더 이상 직원이 도와줄 것 같지 않아서 그냥 포기했습니다.

先說我們有禮貌請2樓的短髮先生店員協助兩次,但態度給人的感受很差...因我們玩一個機台,消費了6千日圓未能出貨,希望店員協助,但店員不相信我們消費了6千日圓,還一臉我為何要幫助你的態度,最後很不情願的幫我們調整,但最後消費將近1萬日元仍未出貨,最終覺得店員根本不會協助我們而決定放棄。
