I recently celebrated my birthday here with the prix‑fixe course—and it was unforgettable. Highlights included perfectly crisp-topped pork belly and melt-in-your-mouth char siu that was delectably sweet. The seasonal vegetables were gently seasoned and balanced the richer flavors beautifully. The broth, clearly simmered for hours, delivered deep umami, while the fried dishes were crisp and the juicy items delightfully succulent.

Service was outstanding. Dining solo, I felt completely at ease—treated like royalty and thoroughly spoiled on my special day.

Some dishes may seem “exotic” to American palates: jellyfish, hamaguri, and abalone appeared on the menu. They were deliciously prepared but may require an open mind.

Dessert—a chilled sweet potato soup (a Cantonese classic)—was the perfect sweet, subtle finish. The open kitchen added charm, letting you watch the chefs in action right before your eyes.

グルメな知人のSNS投稿に刺激され取り急ぎランチで行きました。

カウンター10席位の店。

券販売機でチケットを買う現金扱いのみですがメニューはワクワクするものばかりで次から次へと買いまくりです。

ランチメニューは雲呑麺、担々麺、炒飯、麻婆豆腐、焼き？魚定食？、お粥など結構選べるのに加え単品おかずも焼売やハムユイのハンバーグ、ちまき、腸詰め蒸しなどなども充実していました。

●海老ワンタン麺。 香港ならではのアノ噛みきるようなゴムみたいな麺にプリプリしたエビの雲呑が三個入り。雲呑の皮も金魚が泳ぐみたいな繊細さです。黄ニラもしっかりと。塩分多めなスープも美味しい美味しい。

●お粥はハーフサイズがありました。確か500円。絶妙な味。追加のパクチーもちゃんと用意があります。100円

●ハムユイハンバーグは蒸し器でたっぷりの春雨と。

●プリンプリンのビッグな焼売　一個100円

夜のメニューにあるマンゴーも在庫があれば出してくれる融通さは花丸です。 楊枝甘露（ユーツイカンロー）頼みました。

こんなに本格的な味なのにお値ごろです。食べたいものばかり、良い素材を使っているのは後味でわかります。

場所は三田、最寄りJRは田町駅。 慶応大学近く中国飯店の近くですが通りに面するでなくちょっと入ったところにあります。中華料理店が三軒並んでいる真ん中です。

テイクアウトもあります。隣の店先では500円の中華弁当が売っていました。学生、サラリーマンにもお財布に優しいプライスの物価指数に私のエリアにはないだけに三田の人々に嫉妬しました。
