RIGNA TERRACE TOKYO — Local services in Tokyo

Summary: Paid A LOT for the furniture so expected good quality, but it cracked on its own after only a few months. Rigna was completely unwilling to help, despite the fact that I had spent over 1 million yen at their shop.

Details (long version): I chose Rigna because, although they were on the expensive side, I wanted to invest in good-quality furniture that would last me for years.

I spent about 1 million yen at their shop buying a living room set, which included a coffee table costing 144,000 yen.

After less than 6 months, a 3-inch crack appeared in the coffee table on its own. This is despite the fact that I never place heavy objects on the table (a glass, at most), never move or manhandle it, or otherwise treat it harshly.

It seemed ridiculous that a table this expensive would break on its own after only 6 months, so I went back to the Rigna store to explain the situation and asked if the table had any quality warranty (I have to assume it must have been defective/weakened wood at this point)

The lady I spoke to was completely unhelpful, and kept insisting that it was my fault it broke. She said the table was fine and that I should have been using a humidifier (I have one) and should have oiled the wood once a year before winter.

It’s true that I hadn’t oiled the wood, but (1) they never told me when I bought the table that I needed to do this, (2) I’m still surprised that a table this expensive will absolutely break unless it’s oiled, (3) if it only needs to be oiled once a year, then why would it crack when it’s much less than 1 year old, and (4) I’m still not convinced that a single oil application one time a year would stop a crack as large as 3 inches from appearing.

Either way, I was really disappointed that they were unwilling to help, despite the fact that I had spent so much money at their store and it really seems like they gave me a cheap/defective product. In the end, the lady gave me a bottle of oil worth 3,000 yen (yayy?) and...

平日、一人で訪問しました

引越しに伴い、3LDKの部屋のリビング、ダイニング全て入れ替える予定で、伺いました。 まるっとコーディネートして頂けるかな？と期待しましたが…

お店に入ると1階に女性2人 二人とも私と目が合いましたが、PCを見ながら、全くの無視。

忙しいのかな？と思い2階に こちらにも女性が一人いて、すれ違いましたが、こちらも全くの無視、驚きました。

3階に行き、やっと男性と女性が、こんにちはと ですが、どんなに見ていても、全く話しかけてくる気配なし、こちらから聞かないと特段、何もしてくれないスタンスのようです

置いてある家具などは有名どころが沢山あり、アートなども良かったです

試してみたい椅子が1階に沢山あり、座り心地を確かめる為に来たんだと思おうと、開き直って、気になるものをひたすら試しました。 もちろん、それを見てましたが、女性二人はガン無視

他の方の口コミにもありましたが、いらっしゃませも、ありがとうございましたも、一切なく。とても気分悪かったです

お金を持ってそうなご夫婦やカップル、男性などには、対応が違うのかも

女性一人で行くのは辞めた方がよいです

きれいでオシャレな家具のショールームです。小さなエレベーターと階段あり。

入口は緑で覆われていて、最初は大きなカフェかな?と思ったら、1階の一部のスペースがカフェスペースになっていました。 行きたかったのですが時間がなくて断念。

女性店員が多くいる店で、色々な場所で店員がノートパソコンで作業しています。 （おそらくインターネット経由の注文や、質問をさばいていると思われます。） 予約もせずいきなり行ったのですが、親切に接客してもらえました。

インテリアをトータルコーディネートしてもらう場合は事前予約が必要らしいです。

家具を見て回ったのですが、ほぼ全てに座れますし、触ることも出来ます。 無垢材の家具が気になっており、座り心地と触り心地を試したかったのでこれは嬉しかったです。

気に入ったらその場で展示品を買い取ることもできます。 いくつかの展示品現品が売約済みになっていました。 汚したり傷つけたりしないように触らないよう気をつけました。
