We live less than 100 meters from this amazing sushi restaurant - the chef is the best - the food is creative and amazing - and there are only 9 seats per night - but the prices are reasonable and the service is amazing - great Shochu and sake too!

The Hokkaido scallop was served in a butter soy sauce -- the rice was used as something to dip in the sauce -- like bread in france. In simple words : best sushi of my life. It was pure wonder and delight to see them being made in front of me, of course. Such skills are so humbling and simply lovely to watch. Chef/owner was very nice and we managed to have a quick conversation with my almost non existent Japanese skills and order food and drinks very simply. Super fresh products !
