Fantastic library! They do need more variety of books. I saw six English sets of encyclopedias, maybe 7 in Japanese. I went on the Japanese emperor’s birthday, so holiday and the place was filled with families with kids and old folks that were looking for a place to nap. There was not a single spot to sit, it was so crowded. It was still winter so only the desperate were sitting on provided seating outside the many many balconies. No photos allowed inside the library and follow the rules! Don’t be a bother to the library and other customers. It’s a public space to be shared by all. I wish they would have a bookstore to sell unwanted books or multiple copies. Anyhoo. Will visit often. Very peaceful...

But around 2Pm a mid age librarian came and point the stamp with angry tone said that is computer so cannot be use in desk area !
