Great food for a reasonable price! They seemed a little short staffed but overall a great experience that I would go to again. Location was somewhat easy to find but I made a mistake at first and entered the fine dining restaurant under it on the 1st floor (actual place is on the 2nd floor) the restaurant is not very large so you must make reservations in advance. Course menu with all you can drink is the only option but well worth it.

We could only get one piece of meat and then they brought the bill even though we wanted more, defeated the whole purpose of going there. Was hard to get drinks as well. It’s a shame because it was good before but won’t bother going again now.

友人の誕生日のお祝いで使用しましたが、大事故になるところでした。

事前の予約時と、当日のコースが始まる時、そして念のためソースの説明をされた時の計3回も「その友人が桃のアレルギーであること」を伝えていたのに 最後のバースデープレートに載っていたミニケーキの中に桃の身がゴロゴロ入っていました…！(中に入ってたので最初は外観から入ってることに気付けず、何口か食べてから気付きました).

友人は少しの果汁でも病院に運ばれるレベルのアレルギーを持っているので慌ててトイレに吐きに行き、その時食べていたものを殆ど吐いた上で常備していたアレグラを飲んでひとまず事なきを得ましたが せっかくのお祝いムードも散々ですし、何回もお伝えしていたのに忘れられていたこと、そして1番最悪なのが気付いてスタッフさんに伝えてからお店を出るまで「すみません」等の謝罪を一言もいただけなかったことです。

友人が吐きにトイレへ行って私が寄り添っている時、店長が入り口まで来たかと思いきや 「これ(桃)でも、缶詰なんで！加熱処理されてるんで！」と訳のわからないことを言うだけいい厨房へ。(桃は桃です。缶詰だろうが同様に危険です) その後席に戻り、薬だけ飲んでから帰り支度をし店を出ましたが、ホールには他にお客さんがおらず私たちが帰る音も聞こえているだろうに厨房から一切顔を出さずでした。(お支払いはプレートが出てくる前に済ませています)

謝罪が一言もなかったことでモヤついていたのと、症状が遅れて出てくる可能性もあったので、帰宅してから友人が店に電話をして「何かあった時は補償を求めるかもしれません」とお伝えすると 電話口に出た店長さんは「診断書持ってきてもらえれば対応するんで！」という感じで、最後の最後までほんとうに謝罪はなかったです。。(念のため録音済み)

アレルギーは人によって症状は様々です。少し痒くなるだけの人もいれば、死ぬ可能性がある人だっています。 食品を扱う人(しかも店長)には特に、もっと真剣にアレルギーに対して対応をすべきだと思います。 もう2度と行かないですし、私の周りの友人に...
