Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I had in a restaurant in Japan. The service is a complete mess, disorganized and with trick menu information.
First, as a Brazilian, I know what to expect in a churrasco rodizio (an all-you-can-eat BBQ), and this place totally falls short of my expectations.
There are no sides that would be a standard in a churrasco restaurant, like farofa, feijoada, or maionese. The only side offered was only ONE Pão de queijo (bread cheese) that was small, tasteless and almost no cheese; only polvilho. When I said ONE, it was because you can't have more than one per person. And a karê-raise (curry with rice), which is not a Brazilian dish but was the only tasteful dish my friends and I had.
For the “all-you-can-drink” option, there are only two options: one for soft drinks and another for alcohol. If you get the alcohol, you can serve yourself, but if you get the soft drink, you need to walk to the drink bar every time and wait until some waiter stop what they are doing to serves you a soda from a 2 liters bottle obviously already warm and without bubbles/sparkling.
About the churrasco, all the cuts were well done/burned and with a strong ambiance de Carne (meat tenderizer) flavor, maybe to try to hide the low quality of the meat. The only cut that was okay was the Picanha, but every time we waited, they served the edges, which were burned. To get the tender rare/medium rare, they refused to serve us, saying that for hygienic reasons, they were NOT ABLE to give us that piece before going to the grill and...
Read moreI recently visited a restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we sat down, the service was noticeably slow. It took an unusually long time for our orders to be taken, and the wait for the food to arrive seemed interminable. This sluggish service was frustrating, especially since we were quite hungry.
Adding to the inconvenience, we were informed that it was the last call for placing orders before we had even finished our initial meal. This rushed atmosphere made us feel pressured and uncomfortable, detracting from what should have been a relaxed dining experience.
When the food finally arrived, it did not meet our expectations. The meat served was extremely undercooked, which not only made it unappetizing but also raised concerns about food safety. Such a significant oversight in food preparation is unacceptable in any dining establishment.
Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The floor was somewhat dirty, which contributed to a less than pleasant dining environment. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any restaurant, and its absence further marred our experience.
Overall, the combination of slow service, undercooked food, a rushed dining pace, and a lack of cleanliness made for a very disappointing visit. I hope that the restaurant addresses these issues promptly to improve the dining experience for...
Read moreWe had the all-you-can-eat churrasco on a Sunday night. We had a table immediately without a reservation. Staff was very friendly, the service was very fast (had to flip the card to red a few times), cheaper pricing for children made it quite affordable as a family. The meat was perfectly cooked, everything...
