After doing research on a place to have lunch at Akihabara, I saw there were a few recommendations to try Coco's. We decided to go with this restaurant and had high expectations based on the high number of reviews (even though they weren't all that stellar).
The food itself was quite a bit stale and lacked flavor. The quality of the food was pretty average when compared to other restaurants we visited in Tokyo. The staff weren't all that inviting. One particular staff member seemed borderline rude and showed no eagerness to help when we asked her a question. Thankfully, there was another staff member that came by afterwards, and she was much more approachable.
The atmosphere was pretty decent and was the only standout positive from this visit. An overall pretty average restaurant that doesn't offer anything spectacular. I recommend considering other nearby restaurant options first before going...

Came here for late dinner. The family diner is mostly self-serve with a nice relaxing atmosphere as it was not busy. Ordering through the tablet was a bit different as you still need to go through the physical menu to find the corresponding item number to enter into the tablet to place the order. I had the Coco's special 'cheese in hamburg' which was wrapped in foil and baked, served on a hot sizzling plate. Hamburg was piping hot, very soft and juicy. It was filled with plenty of delicious melting cheese which is a blend of seven types of cheese and goes well with the rich demi-glaze sauce.
