CoCo Ichibanya — Restaurant in Tokyo

戸越銀座駅から徒歩1分程度のところにあるCoCo壱番屋です。戸越銀座商店街は飲食店が多く、しかもこの商店街ならではの個性的なレストランが多く、全国どこでも同一のクオリティの料理が食べられるこのレストラン目当ての客はあまり多くないように見受けられます。そのためか平日休日・時間帯問わず比較的空いています。 そのためか、従事するスタッフの数が同じ系列の他のレストランと比較しても少ないように思います。接客対応こそ丁寧ですが、動作に余裕があまり見られず、注文してからの給仕にも（空いているにも関わらず）時間を要するように思います。（不愉快に感じる程ではありませんが）テーブルや床が清掃されきっていないことがあります。細かな汚れが気になる人もいるかもしれません。 店内の通路は人がすれ違えるほどの広さはあるものの、おおよそ広いとは言い難いです。出入口も段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方は利用しづらいと感じるかもしれません。

This CoCo Ichibanya branch is located about a one-minute walk from Togoshi-Ginza Station. Togoshi-Ginza Shopping Street is known for its wide variety of unique, locally-owned restaurants, so this chain restaurant, which offers standardized quality nationwide, does not seem to attract many customers specifically seeking it out. As a result, the restaurant tends to remain relatively quiet throughout weekdays, weekends, and across different times of day. Perhaps due to the lower customer volume, the number of staff members appears fewer compared to other CoCo Ichibanya locations. While the staff are polite and courteous, they seem quite busy, and service - from taking orders to delivering dishes - can be slower than expected, even when the restaurant is not crowded. Additionally, while not unpleasant, tables and floors are occasionally not fully cleaned, which might be a concern for those who are sensitive to small details of cleanliness. The aisles inside are wide enough for two people to pass each other, but overall, the space cannot be considered spacious.
