Had a wonderful experience with Hiroyuki-san. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful in explaining the various drinks and different coffee beans from around the world. I had four cocktails: Japanese espresso martini with hojicha that blends exceptionally well with coffee, not too sweet Espresso martini with Columbia “enigma” hops, a very bold, complex, fruity aroma Alexander with Columbia uva beans that had a more refreshing fruity notes and lavender syrup Spicy espresso martini with cinnamon infused bourbon, not actually “spicy” but the cinnamon was noticeable and adds a nice spice element which pairs perfectly with the bourbon
