I came as a single customer and it took over an hour for me to order and drink a single beer and then receive the check. The waitress didn't check in with me once while I was there and I had to grab her for the bill, on which I saw I was charged 280 additional yen for two measly pieces of bread they gave me without my asking. Staff and service were very fast...
