Domino's Pizza Oshiage — Restaurant in Tokyo

If you are a tourist or it's first time coming, don't bother coming here as it is a scam. It's a total rip-off! The quality has been getting worse over the last year or so. I was a regular customer, but I won't be coming back.

Today, I saw they got rid of the 50% off coupon for picking up the food in-store. This is absolutely ridiculous, considering the food here is already overpriced to begin with. With this, their most expensive pizza is almost 7000 yen!!

The prices keep increasing, but the portion sizes got smaller and smaller everytime I came. In my last order, an L sized pizza looked like an M size. "Shrinkflation" is seriously getting out of hand in Japan, and many companies are getting more brazen, and treat their customers like gullible idiots.

Additionally, their coupons are deceitful and offer no value. For example, the coupon for "Any 2 Sides" was a good deal, but they changed it recently, and now you have to pay up to an extra 200 yen to add certain items. This is just greedy. It's not a coupon if you have to pay more!

Also, the last time I used a coupon, they removed it from my order because it was a free item, but it still appeared on the receipt. I didn't realise until I got home.

Lastly, some of the male staff are very rude as other reviews have mentioned and have a bad attitude. The female staff were always friendly, though!

I used to prefer this place over the Pizza Hut nearby who are just as greedy and scummy, but it seems Domino's is no different. It is a shame because it used to be cheap and tasty, but like many companies in 2024, they only care...

Ignore the stupid weeb tourists who rate it highly just because it's in Japan.

This company partakes in false advertising and deception. Absurdly overpriced, dry pizza that was so small and barely had any toppings despite paying an extra 490 yen to add more. Mine looked exactly the same as my friends' pizza, and they didn't add any upgrades to it.

Don't order anything from the side menu either. All you get is a pitiful amount of soggy, bland fries. Domino's Japan is a rip-off and waste of money. Idk how they haven't gone...

Péssimo atendimento. Confusos. Pedimos algumas pizza pelo Uber Eats, pagamos no cartão e após muito tempo de espera, no app disse que foi entregue. Para nossa surpresa não entregaram. Corremos lá para a loja física, ficava ha alguns quarteirões do nosso Airbnb. Já estava próximo do fechamento, fomos até o local e simplesmente disseram que cancelaram o pedido pois acharam que era golpe ! Como assim?? E se recusaram fazer o pedido novamente ali no local porque faltava 30 minutos para fechar e alegaram que não dava mais tempo. já estava fechado. Sendo que a placa luminosa na parte de fora estava dizendo que estava aberto. Fiquei muito brava. 12 pessoas, incluindo crianças e idosos dormiram com fome. Porque esperamos quase 2 horas para entrega e simplesmente cancelaram. Ja era quase meia noite e não tinha mais...
