Domino's Pizza Otsuka — Restaurant in Tokyo

When me my friend went there for pizza the Japanese girl who was working there was silent and give us attitude because I think we are foreigners that’s why she behave that way and one of the worst thing is when we take our pizza and went to park and realized that our pizza was not cut in pieces so are we supposed to cut the pizza by our hand like wow I was surprised she can also ask us before giving either we want to cut or not this is my first time getting pizza without been cut in pieces I don’t expect good service there but at least she can behave nice wow some Japanese peoples really sucks but not all Japanese people and this is not my first time in dominos pizza I also had before in out side Tokyo worst service never ever...

I don't know why I ordered from dominoes again because they have a habit of delivering bread instead of pizza. This is not the first time my pizza from Ootsuka Dominoes is 30% of 40% bread. You have no problem making a pizza with 5% crust when it is for advertising photos, but somehow when you make pizzas for customers it becomes 30% crust.

In addition, I ordered the 2 for 1 deal on Uber Eats, which is created and controlled by Dominoes. Despite clicking on the promotion, the manager thought it was fine to just send me one pizza and not offer any solution...

For foreigner who are not familiar with the rules, you are not allowed to dine in. You will be hush away if you try to eat inside the place. We have dined-in other branch in Osaka and the staff were super helpful and nice, they let us eat inside and even help us with the trash. Don’t try it here because all of the staffs...
