EAT GOOD PLACE — Restaurant in Tokyo

(Place) very nice open place with high ceiling and big window which I love. You have the park view so it doesn’t feel stuck. Terrace is lovely but I stayed in since it’s till a bit chill.

(Coffee and Food) I enjoyed the latte, better than I expected. Breakfast option was also likeable. I had cinnamon toast, enjoyed it. Scone has chocolate in it- it was too sweet for me because I love original plain scone. Black coffee is also good. It has rich texture.

(Cons) Too many kids, loud by crying babies. I came in the morning, it was calmer and could do some work before the lunch. It got busier and louder from 11ish. - maybe I had bad luck with crying kids. As it has park, many people come with their kids so if you want a quite place to work or talk, avoid meal time or...

I’d say this is like a California or Sydney cafe dropped in the middle of a spacious Tokyo park. Unusually for Tokyo, there is an incredible amount of outdoor seating, which is a bonus during Covid times. We sat outside and enjoyed sitting in the sun. The back terrace is quieter while the front terrace takes in all the park activity. The lunch plates are really tasty with an appetizer, bread, and main course for ¥2500 and an additional ¥500 yen for coffee/tea and dessert. The food takes advantage of many local organic vegetables & freshly caught local fish. I look forward to coming here for dinner. My kids loved it too. Great place...
