TIME SHARING STAY ikebukuro — Hotel in Tokyo

I booked accommodation at TIME SHARING STAY Ikebukuro for the dates August 30 to September 3. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when confirming the booking and realized it only 7 minutes after the reservation. My stay was supposed to be from September 29 to October 3.

I immediately contacted the property to request either a change of dates or a cancellation, knowing that I had just booked and that it was clearly a typing/input error. Not only was the accommodation unavailable for the correct dates, but they also took more than two days to reply… only to refuse my cancellation request.

This shows a complete lack of flexibility and humanity. Any reasonable establishment would understand that a mistake noticed just a few minutes after booking can and should be corrected. Instead, they chose to hide behind rigid rules.

I find this very unprofessional and inflexible. A minimum of flexibility would have been expected, especially in such an obvious case. Very disappointing experience I do not recommend this...

Staff is not helpful at all, did not help us to carry our luggages to the 4th floor, weird that i saw the other review that the staff helped them with their luggages 😆 The apartment doesn't have an elevator & the spiral staircase made it more difficult to go up and down, especially when you are carrying your stuff

The room is spacious but lacks a lot, does not have any iron, microwave, water heater, etc.

The dryer is not working much, and I had to dry our clothes again in the room, which the air-conditioning didn't help with the drying at all, kept on turning off by itself. [Our clothes were less than the max kg...

Really nice stay here. Good size apartment (for tokyo). Very clean and modern but a cozy feeling. Self check in with door codes. Laundry on ground floor. Vending machine outside property for drinks. Bed really comfy. Air con worked really well for cold which I loved! Located around 10-15 mins walk to local underground train station. 7 Eleven/Family Mart also close, under 10 mins. Very quiet road location, no noise at all on our 4 night stay. We would happily book...
