Went in the evening for a all-you-can-eat and drink for 2 hours. There was a good selection of drinks and the food kept arriving at perfect times. The staff was attentive and always offering to get more drinks before we had a chance to call. The food was very tasty and quite enjoyed it. 恵比寿駅東口すぐの 「タベルナデエスパーニャフラガンテウーモ」さんへ。 呪文みたいでオシャレ、 不死鳥の騎士団あたりでハリーポッターが唱えてそう🪄

まずはタパス8種から。 プレートが色鮮やかで豪華…！ これをつまみにワインやサングリアが 楽しめるのはいきなりテンションが上がる！

キノコや魚のマリネから、 薪火で仕上げられたローストポークなど 色々つまめて楽しい美味しい。

そのテンションを上げたまま、 レタスサラダもつまんで。 パンチェッタの塩気とチーズ、 クルミの香ばしさに赤ワインビネガーの酸味が最高、 これずっと食べていたい😋

パタタス・ブラバスという スペイン風のポテトフライ。 ほど良いトマトソースの辛さとポテトのホクホク、 ニンニクマヨで食欲と酒欲がかき立てられる。

さてさて、ミスジのステーキおでまし。 薪焼で仕上げられたお肉は芳醇な香りを纏い、 ジューシーで美味しい。赤ワインが進む…！

本格スパニッシュと言えば、 忘れちゃならないパエリア。 魚介とお肉の出汁と旨みが染み出した ミックスパエリアが美味し過ぎて ワインと共にすぐ消えた。他の味も気になる…😋
