Charming cafe best saved for special occasions. It is a few minutes walk from Sugamo Station in one of the alleys. You can sit outside on the little terrace when the weather is nice. The seating is separated from the main road by a row of potted plants. A slice of strawberry cake was around ¥900, so it isn’t the best place for a casual cup of coffee, but good for a treat once in a while. You will order at the counter first, take a seat, then pay at the end. You can also purchase pastries to go. Cash only.

The most delicious 'shortcake' in Japan Indeed, the most delicious 'shortcake' in Japan - that's right. It was a world apart from the usual strawberry cake with buttercream. The other cakes, such as Bère Pistache, Melon Cake and Surprises, all had a sweetness that was very well balanced, and I felt that the recipes had been expertly prepared. The drinks, royal milk tea and pink rose tea, were also excellent. The building, interior and exterior are all Magnifique.

I was recommended visiting this dessert store for my dessert addiction. As I say, having dessert addiction, so that I require lots of facet to a delicious cake. My picture shows the specialty: strawberry, strawberry and strawberry cake. The looking of the cake is very attracting. The color matching of the cream, cake and strawberry is nice. However, the taste disappointed me. The nice color matching didn't get nice taste matching. The flavors of cream, cake and strawberry were separated. The cake body is little dry, not permeating the cream while chewing. Strawberry is a little sour, not balancing with the cream which is also not smooth enough.

Great cake once again. Said to have the best strawberry short cake in Japan, it definitely was delicious. A good amount of strawberries which were well balanced with their sweetness and slightly sour, coated in a very light cream, the cake here goes down like water :) Unfortunately they don't have parking, but there are a few spots near by. It seems like they only have takeout on weekends now, but it was worth the trip there.

I recommend strawberry cake RUGE which include alcohol strawberry cake. It taste was elegant sweet. And if you have some time and money, you should eat in store with coffee or tea. 1 cake and 1drink are about 1500jpy. It is expensive a little. But this store's cake value is much better. I want you to eat strawberry cake RUGE. Please.
