A great Japanese style café inside the Rikugien garden (admission is separate). If the weather is nice, you'll have a very peaceful view of the pond and beautiful Japanese garden. If you plan to visit the garden, the snack and green tea is worth the wait!

The menu is really limited, so unless you like matcha, and the standard set, I wouldn't really recommend. It is also difficult if you have friends and they are unable to share the same food. Very traditional, maybe too much. View of lake...
