It's about 10 minutes walk from ebisu station it's kind of hard to spot, but I did attach some pictures of the restaurant so you don't get lost. It's a small cozy shop, it was busy I got my ramen within 15 minutes. I ordered the most basic ramen(630)yen it was delicious the broth itself is so rich though it's a clear broth. It's a very very comfort food for cold weathers in Tokyo, or even if you're drunk having a hangover this food will wake you up. The noodles are perfectly cooked, not too thick nor small just the right size and the slice of pork was 🔥 it's soft and juicy and you can taste it's braised with some sweet soya sauce. I ordered a plate of gyoza(250 )too. Its crispy on the outside, soft and juicy. definitely it's worth your money. As you can see I wipe out the whole plate.so people if you like clear broth soup ramen definitely don't miss this shop. Though it's a bit far like all 10 minutes, it's worth your time.

⭐⭐⭐7月11日訪問 営業時間変更になってましたAM10時半～ 19時迄 これじゃ利用頻度下がるなぁ HPにも記載無い⭐⭐⭐ なぜ？オイラが ここの営業時間 定休日の編集をしなければいけないのか……( ´-ω-) 関東圏で函館ラーメンを名乗るお店は 函館生まれ函館育ちのオイラは試さねばならぬ‼️ まぁ函館に居た時は 蕎麦屋の方がお気に入りでしたが さてGoogleレビューには函館の方がここのラーメンお気に入りとは心強い しかしバイクで下道一時間半程 チト遠いなぁ さて食券制ですね 写真付きで分かりやすい オーダーは特製塩ラーメンと餃子 サクサク提供 まず香りが良い 最高のごちそうが目の前に来たようだ 透き通ったスープ メンマとチャーシューが沈んでいる所は 色が変わっている 具材に強い味付けしていると スープの邪魔するんじゃないかなぁー… まずスープ香り良しさっぱりとして 油も少なく 獣臭等なく 旨味が深い 麺は多加水目のストレート麺 西山製麺とは違うようだが 似せて作っている感じむしろ 良い 長さも麺をススル丁度良い 長過ぎてブチ スープに麺が落ちるのは お行儀悪い ネギもタップリ さて メンマは しっかり味付けされて個性出してるチャーシューも濃い目の味付け しかしスープの邪魔していない いや負けていないスープ 餃子が到着 やはりスープの邪魔しないように お酢と胡椒だけで頂きます 小ぶりで肉多め３つじゃなくて６つにしておけば良かったな 最後の味付け玉子は 割りとマイルド 函館ラーメン……( ; ﾟДﾟ)函館にこんな美味しいラーメン無かったぞ 最近は知らないが ここのラーメンは美味しい 函館ラーメンは本来そこまで美味しく無いぞ 観光で行ってもガッカリしちゃうぞ 塩ラーメンの有名店埼玉のぜんやを遥かに上回る いやー本家の塩ラーメンがいまいちで関東で醤油ラーメンにハマり 旨い塩ラーメン探し始めていきなりトップレベルの塩ラーメンに当たってしまったのではなかろうか １ヶ月ぶりに再訪問 オーダーは また特製塩ラーメン 二度目となると もう少し辛めな レビューとなる やはり麺が細麺ストレート 茹で加減普通でも少し固い 縮れ麺では無い 函館塩ラーメンにはお麩が無い やはり本土に合わせた塩ラーメンなんだなぁ 旨いから良いけど さて二回連続特製塩頼んだけど 味噌ラーメも試してみたいので ３週間振りに訪問 味噌ラーメンは味噌 辛味噌 味噌つけ麺の三種のみ もやしを中華鍋で炒めてはいるが どーも火力と時間が足りない スープと合わせて仕上げ それ程濃度は高くない モヤシはやはり炒めた感じは無い 比較対象は味噌麺処 花道庵 麺は塩ラーメンよりも太めの麺 やはり少し固め 西川製麺の固さではなく 茹で加減 悪くはないがインパクトに欠けるかなぁ 味噌が食べたきゃ味噌麺処 花道庵 最高の塩ラーメンなら函館ラーメン 船見坂 なのだが いかんせんどちらも バイク駐車スペースの確保が難しくて 足が向かないのよ

Actually was really good. You chose what you want at a machine located in the entrance. Hand over your ticket and choose the ramen hardness. At the counter you can choose some extra toppings (garlic 🧄 paste was pretty good 🙈) also water is available. The ramen a d gyoza 🥟 are very goods. The staff was also very friendly. Overall I can really recommend it was good. 👌👍

Super yum! Opens late and we were able to get bowls of yummy noodles and a bowl of white rice. Pretty cheap too! Staff were friendly and the surroundings were clean. Provide a large variety of sauces and toppings too! Highly recommended the gyoza.

Wonderful ramen shop. Super narrow seating where you are shoulder to shoulder with other ramen loving fellows. Harding working and very friendly staff. I had 特製塩ラーメンと御座. Very delicious and I highly recommended stopping in for lunch!
