One of the best cake tasted so far. The cream that used is amazing. It’s so soft and fresh. Melts fast as the cream is really good. The sweetness is originally from the milk itself without much sugar taste. Tried the signature strawberry that is so good. The strawberries are very fresh for those on top and also for those within the layers of the cake. The matcha cake with the whole piece of red beans at the bottom which is a little sweetened. I don't know if they accept a reservation. But when we visit there's already a long line. And although quite a long line, we've seated in less than an hour. In fairness the food is good. Veggies are fresh. And the bacon is tender and cooked well. I really like also the Irish cream cheesecake that I chose. It's not too sweet and it's very creamy and a good partner for the Manhattan coffee that I did try. They have alot of choices. But I'm so happy with what I order. Satisfying and...

The place is nice, it has outdoor tables as well. But the cakes are very sweet, I think they use way too much fresh cream and sugar. The staff is okay, but there’s no place to charge your phone or computer if you need to. Also, if you need Wi-Fi, you’ll have to use the closest shop’s Wi-Fi connection because Harbs doesn’t have it. When I asked them if I could charge my computer while I was eating, the staff didn’t even seem sorry for saying no. 😅 Not the best cake...
