This is a very small street corner garden, just opposite to the Metropolitan Hotel at Ikebukuro . Here you can find out the history of the city, why it is called " Ikebukuro " , there are many Owl pictures and Owl sculpture , and Owl has become the logo of the city. There should be some stories behind this area. I wish I could read and understand the Japanese on all the stone steles.
