The store is quite alright and it allows you to order without speaking to the staff, if you are into that (or in this case not). To be honest, this was the most disappointing food experience I had in Japan yet, even counting the disaster in 2019. I ordered grilled meat and vegetables and to be honest, the vegetables were the only reason this dish did not get a 1 star. The pork was more fat than meat, about 80/20. The whole "sauce" was oily and the "soup" was probably, in hindsight, only gravy. The rice was okay, I am not really a rice connoisseur. The edamame was, well edamame - you cannot really mess it up.
