If you're in the mood for some delicious ramen, I highly recommend checking out this small restaurant located just a few steps away from the train station of Ueno. Despite its small size, the cozy atmosphere and warm lighting make for a comfortable dining experience. The real star of the show, however, is the chef. He's a true artist when it comes to making ramen, and the result is an unforgettable culinary experience that you simply must try. From the moment the piping hot bowl of ramen is set in front of you, the aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water. The broth is rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the meat is tender and juicy. The chef's skillful presentation is a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. Overall, if you're a fan of ramen or just looking for a delicious meal, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The combination of cozy atmosphere, talented chef, and unforgettable food make it a must-try for any foodie.

食べすぎました。。。 I regret getting too excited and ordering the large. And extra chashu. 🤣 but man the tsukemen was sooo good; plus it was less than half the price it would be in the United States. I ordered the spicy Tsukemen. It’s not spicy at all. This is one of those restaurants you pay outside at the vending machine and it prints out your tickets for you. You give the tickets to the cook and they prep the food. It’s perfect for those who don’t want to interact with anyone. I don’t speak much Japanese, the people here were friendly to me and helped me out a little. Take out is available too.

My wife and I both enjoyed the tastiest Hokkaido Ramen in Tokyo. The hard working chefs were very kind and friendly from the moment we entered at 11:00am. We both ordered miso butter corn ramen and a plate of 5 gyoza. The rich broth was full of flavour and the crisp noodles were cooked to perfection. An excellent combination of wakame, bean sprouts, corn, bamboo, pork and a block of butter filled my bowl. Very satisfied on a wet morning in Ueno. We will definitely return to try their other authenthic Hokkaido ramen. Believe me the reality was better than the photos.
