Not sure what has happened to this store, but the staff have definitely become more rude since my last visit.
I've never once been followed in a store in my entire life, but here I was. For some reason they seemed to think I was suspicious.
Very uncomfortable feeling and was told I should 'pay for my jacket upstairs in G.U.'...
...I was wearing a Burberry jacket. However the lady didn't seem to understand what Burberry was. Very bizarre experience. Not impressed.
On top of all that, my wife - who is Chinese, but speaks fluent Japanese - went to pay at the counter and the Japanese staff immediately called a Chinese staff member without even trying to serve her. Good god that wound me up, I darent call it r----m, but it didn't feel good.

Read moreThis store has been here about a decade, and is considered one of their “big” stores. The staff is busy and therefore less friendly than staff from other shops. The times I’ve been there, the staff has been helpful but clearly too busy to stick around.
The clothes are relatively good quality, and reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong with everyday wear here.
**Bear in mind, if you have a need for smaller (extra small) or larger sizes (XXL upwards), you can only buy them online as they do not stock these “outlier” sizes in their physical stores.
