Found the ramen joint cos we wanted to maximize our time here. This hidden gem has gained it's fame around the neighborhood.
First timers here should go for their famed Shio Ramen with flying fish stock. The Umami goes deep.
As this was our second meal for the night I just went for the ramen. The soup truly hits the spot, the noodles had a nice chewy texture, and it's thinly sliced pork along with it's perfectly cooked chicken breast brings the entire bowl of ramen to a perfect balance. Amazed bu the texture of the noodles! It’s drained with cold water so it’s extra chewy and taste good with the dipping sauce. The sauce itself is not thick as expected, but can be well absorbed by the noodles. However i would think the taste of the dipping sauce is a bit light to my taste.
