Dude, it's a HUB. Food is surprisingly good, like at all their locations, drinks are modestly priced and not very strong, and it's a great place to let loose. Their happy hour is the way to go if you can get there for it, and if there is a special, just drink those all night. It's a great place to start your night.
Beers are not cheap.
Lots of doofy westerners, and skanky Japanese girls looking to hook up with soldiers of they can find one, or a doofy English teacher if they can't. Later at night it gets pretty skanky, and if you're moderately attractive you should probably leave, unless you want to give out free English lessons to girls who have had a few too many drinks to build up the courage to try and talk to an "ikemen" foreigner.
Some sketchy dudes in there later at night, too. Mostly middle aged lifers creeping on college girls.
Overall, great place to get sloshed. If you're into it, you can pick up a less than reputable member of the opposite sex easily and go to the love hotel (conveniently) around the corner. Pretty safe area, Koban across the street, and close to the station and McDonald's. Best to start here and dip out...
